About the Lab
A bet on the next
generation of enterprise software.
Taqtics AI Lab is the R&D arm of Taqtics, a product company that has spent years shipping operations platforms across Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Workplaces and ESG. The Lab is where we invest in what comes next: enterprise software designed AI-native from the loop up.
The thesis
Most enterprise software was designed around human workflows, then had a chatbot strapped on top. We are designing in the opposite direction. Each function we build runs as an autonomous loop: it senses, decides, acts, verifies, and learns. The interface is the exception path. The default is software that runs without you.
We treat that statement as a design constraint, not a marketing line. Every bet in the Lab is wired around a five-part loop: sense, decide, act, verify, learn. People show up only at the edges where the loop cannot resolve on its own.
The thinking that grounds this approach has been compounding across the AI-native software community over the last 18 months. The Lab is our attempt to apply it inside the operations stack we know best.
How we operate
Less a product team. More a research bench.
Compute over headcount
The work that used to need a team of analysts and coordinators now runs as compute. The team we keep is the team that designs new loops.
Cycles as data
Every decision the loop makes, every action it takes, every verification it logs — recorded. The data set is the moat. The loop sharpens itself.
Stack-respectful
We do not ask anyone to migrate. The loops we build plug into POS, ERP, HRMS, CCTV and the ticketing systems that already run.
Build in public, ship in production
The Lab pages document what we are working on. The bets that earn production status get rolled out to real Taqtics customers.
