Every operations team runs on tickets — customer complaints, audit failures, equipment breakdowns, vendor follow-ups. The work between capture and resolution is mostly coordination. We have wired that coordination as an autonomous loop, so the queue moves while you sleep.

Why we are building this

WhatsApp groups and PDF audit reports are the failure mode. We replace the human coordinator with an agent that does the same job at machine speed.
